Description
- Internet Download Manager is an application designed for increasing download speeds by up to 5 times, and for resuming, scheduling, and organizing downloads.
- Downloads can be grouped into categories as it includes an adaptive download accelerator for MP3 audio files, and MPEG video content processing.
- The scheduler allows starting a download at a certain hour and can be executed recursively on every weekday. Extra options include: hang up the modem when done, exit Internet Download Manager when done, or shut down computer when done.
- It integrates into any application that uses FTP, or HTTP protocols, this means that once you start a download using any web browser, Internet Download Manager will over take the download process and speed it up.
